Refunds may be offered when items are returned in their original condition, within the specified timeframe, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as final‑sale goods or customized items, may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty or defective.

Return Period and Conditions
Customers have the right to return their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product. The right of returns applies only if the product is returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt must be included with the return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for completing the return process.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund. We advise customers to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning products. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us in writing at info@studioofmodernpatterns.com  within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We may request photographic evidence to verify the damage or error before providing a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Procedure

Customers should note that their financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to their account. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping returned items, including all original materials and documentation. The fastest way to obtain a replacement product is to return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received and approved.
